How to set up A400 on Windows (USB)

Notes:

1. It's suggested to charge for more than 4 hours for the first time.

2. Before installation, power on the printer by long pressing the power button for 2 seconds, connect it to computer via USB cable included.

3. Use USB cable included in the package, which is functional of charging and data transmiting. Use other USB cable may cause the printer can't be detected by computer.

Set up

1. Visit https://www.polono.com/pages/driver-user-manual to download windows driver file and install.

2. If it shows "Windows ptotected your PC", click on "More info", then click on "Run anyway" to continue.

3. Install by steps.

4. Before printing, create custom paper size first. Go to "Settings"-"Bluetooth & devices"-"Printers & scanners"-"POLONO A400(CPCL)"-"Printing preference", then click on "Custom"

5. Click on "New", then enter "Paper Name" and "Paper Width", "Paper Length", then click on "Save", click on "OK"

6. Open any PDF file, select printer as "POLONO A400(CPCL)", set paper size as "100x150mm/ 4x6 inch", scale as "Fit to paper", then print
