If you have downloaded the Google Chrome Extension to use with our printer, to ensure that the plugin runs smoothly with the latest update, we recommend following these steps:

To delete and re add the Extension:

1. Open the extension page of Google Chrome.

2. Search for "shipping printer" in the search box and open it.

3. Click the "Remove from Chrome".

4. Click "Remove".

5. Refresh the page and click "Add to Chrome".

6. Open the extension page of [Shipping Printer] and click the connection icon, then choose "Printer-Paired" and "connect".

7. When the connection icon displays green, it means that the printer is connected to the computer and can be used for printing.
