Cause:
1.Driver is not installing correctly.
2.Change the USB port after installation.
3.USB cord broken.
Solution:
1.Uninstalling the driver and reinstall again.Power on the printer and connect to computer or laptop first.
2.Change back the USB port or reinstall again.
3.Change another USB cord.
