Cause:

1. Papers loaded upside down.

2. Not direct thermal labels.

3. Driver is not installing correctly.

4. Change to other USB port after installation.

5. USB cord broken.


Solution:

1. Load the paper correctly, print side faced upside.

2. Use direct thermal labels. Use POLONO labels for best results.

3. Uninstall the driver and reinstall.

For Windows, disconnect the printer to the computer, go to "Settings"-"Device"-"Printers & Scanners"-"POLONO PL60", click on "Remove device", make sure delete all "POLONO PL60" showed here. Then connect the printer to the computer and power on again.

Fow Mac, disconnect the printer to the computer, go to "System preference"-"Printers & Scanners"-"POLONO PL60", click on "-" to delete, make sure delete all "POLONO PL60" showed here. Then connect the printer to the computer and power on again, click on "+", select "Use" as "POLONO PL60, 1.3.1".

 

4. Change back the USB port or reinstall again.

5. Use another USB cord.
